Note - To receive your goods the next working, you must place your order by 1pm.
Currently we are not able to deliver to areas outside of Mainland UK, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and parts of Scotland, the Highlands and Isles.
Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation. All orders are dispatched by courier on an express service with you receiving the goods the next working day. Please note that couriered items are delivered between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. All parcels require a signature and if we are unable to deliver then a calling card will be left and the courier company will retry the next working day. We use TNT and Transfer 2000 to deliver our products. Our couriers endeavour to make all deliveries to addresses on the UK mainland (south of Aberdeen) the next working day from dispatch. We cannot accept liability for any damage or delay to your order occasioned by an event beyond our reasonable control.
Collection of your order is available the next working day from when the order has been placed, between the hours of 1pm and 4pm. Please call 01892 833415 quoting your order reference number to arrange a date for collection and upon arrival visit our Reception with a copy of your order/order number. Collection address: Simply Hops, Botanix Ltd Building, Hop Pocket Lane, Paddock Wood, Kent, TN12 6DQ (Once you have turned into Hop Pocket Lane, we are the large beige warehouse style building immediately on your left) Please park at the front of the building in the main car park.
