Fennel, Basil, Elderberry, Lychee & Red Berries
Chinook takes its name from the Native American Tribe indigenous to the region around Washington. The high alpha hop was released in 1985 and is a sibbling of UK variety Golding. A herbal, almost smoky character, reminiscent of tarragan, juniper, basil and lavender all held together by a well balenced citrus note.
