Floral, Peppermint, Fruity & Spicy
Bred in the late 1980’s from Hallertau Mittelfruh as an aroma variety. Medium sized yellow-green cones create floral, peppermint, fruity and sweetly spicy aromas.
Ideal across a range of Lager styles, particularly where a more floral, sweet and fruity aroma is desired. Suits Kölsch, Witte and Weisse style wheat beers plus Saison.
