The SimplyHops policy is that you should be delighted with your purchase.

If the goods are found to be faulty then please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours) and return the product to SimplyHops. Hop Pocket Lane, Paddock Wood, Kent, TN12 6DQ.

On the receipt of the faulty goods and if we agree with your complaint then we will either offer you a full refund including costs incurred returning the product or a replacement.

You may cancel a contract at any time within seven working days of original receipt of signed contract copy.
